Mobex - Activation
This section will guide you through activating an Extension for MobeX client applications. Currently, there are 3 MobeX application services available.
- MobeX Mobile
- MobeX Web Desktop client
- MobeX UC
- MobeX Click2Dial (no license required)

Adding flexibility and mobility to your Telephone Extension couldn’t be any easier with MobeX. To add MobeX to an existing Telephone account, go to Features Advanced > MobeX, and you will see the following.
Click new, then populate the information as required. Type The client is required for the user apps. Extension Select the extension to which you wish to add MobeX services. Mobile This is the mobile number of the user of this extension. We will use it to send an SMS message with an activation code and instructions to install the MobeX+ client. This will be the login and activation one-time password sent to this email address. Chat support if disabled; the user can't make/receive chat messages. Video support if disabled, user can't make/receive video calls |
