Call History

Call history is available under Reports—Call History. This report provides detailed information about calls on the system.

Show call legs matching.

Start date
Select the date from which you wish to run the report.
Start time
Select the time you wish to run the report from.
End date
Select the date you wish to run the report.
End time
Select the time you wish to run the report.
Customer 
Here, you can select the call history for this customer, all our customers, all pre-paid customers, all post-paid customers, all externally billed customers, or individual customers.

Include sub-customers recursively
It is important to select this if you want to see all customer calls.
Leg status
You can show answered, not answered (no answered and cancelled), which includes busy, congestion and channel unavailable.
Leg direction
Select any internal, inbound or outbound.
Recorded status
Select if you want to show calls with recordings. Options are Any, Yes or No.

Call surcharges
Select if you want to show calls with surcharges. Options are Any, Yes or No.
Calling number or card match
Select what best suits your search. The default is ‘contains,’ but if you only know part of the Number, you may wish to select ‘starts with’ or ‘ends with’, or if you know the full Number, you could put ‘exact’.
Calling number or card
Enter the Number you wish to search for or part of a Number. The more detail you provide, the greater your chance of getting a better match.

Caller name match
Select what best suits your search. The default is ‘contains,’ but if you only know part of the name, you may wish to select ‘starts with’ or ‘ends with’, or if you know the full name, you could put ‘exact’.
Called name
Enter the name or part of a name you wish to search for. The more detail you provide, the greater your chance of getting a better match.
Called number match
Select what best suits your search. The default is ‘contains,’ but if you only know part of the name, you may wish to select ‘starts with’ or ‘ends with’, or if you know the full Number, you could put ‘exact’.
Called number
Enter the Number you wish to search for or part of a Number. The more detail you provide, the greater your chance of getting a better match.
To or from telephone extension
Enter the telephone extension you would like to search for. This will search for both inbound, outbound, and internal calls.
Minimum duration (seconds)
The default is set to zero (0) seconds. If you know that the call will be over a certain time, you could reduce the search by selecting a bigger start number.


Maximum duration (seconds)
The default is unlimited seconds. If you know that the call is under a certain time, you could reduce the search by selecting a lower start Number.

Minimum cost (£)
If the calls display their costs, you can search for calls over a minimum cost. The default is no limit.
Maximum cost (£)
You can search for calls under a maximum cost if the calls display the costs. The default is no limit.

 

Show

Group and sort

Show cost to
Here, you can select if you want to see the price your customer is charged by choosing ‘customer making the call’ (resellers only) or ‘my customer’, which will show your costs.
Include taxes in costs.
If you want to show the costs with or without taxes. Select Yes or No.

Group by
By default, this is set to Mone. The options are by day, month, customer, customer and type, or customer, type and number.
Direction
Select descending or ascending. 

Please be aware of the following message at the bottom of the report

‘This search is limited to 5000 calls. If you need all data available, please use the Export as .csv button above.’

You will see the information in the example below when you run the report you require.
