Send Message (Internal)

Send Message can be found under Actions, Send Message.

This allows you to send internal messages to handsets. It works similarly to an SMS message, except it only displays on a compatible internal handset. Please ensure you send it to a compatible handset, as not all handsets allow this type of messaging.

This will not work with the MobeX desktop app or mobile+ app. In this case, please use the Chat feature within the MobeX suite of services.

Complete all the fields and press the Send button.
