Placing a call on Hold

You can place the caller on hold by pressing the hold key. The caller will hear the music on hold that has been set up for your handset or system hold music. (You can test your music on hold by dialling *1982.)

To retrieve the same call, press the blue hold key to release the caller from hold and continue speaking with the other party.
