Local Phonebook Contacts tab

Local Phonebook contacts are available if you have logged in to your Google account. Any contacts in your Google account will be displayed here. If you are not a Google user, then the Cloud phonebook tab will display any telephone system shared contacts.

 The search function at the top of the page allows you to search for local phonebook contacts. When you click in the box, the onscreen keyboard appears.
It will begin the search as soon as you start to type

When you select your local contact all the details for that contact will appear. You can choose to dial the number or email that contact. When emailing it will go to the default application you have enabled for your mail system.
