Handpiece Replace or missing
Because the MobeX Touch uses a wireless Bluetooth connection for the handpiece, you can move around the office or home with ease while on a call. Of course, that can present some extra problems, too. Don't worry—your MobeX Touch has you covered.
Lost my handpiece / Find my handpiece

If you can't find your handpiece and are unsure where you have misplaced it, press the Bluetooth symbol on the tablet base twice. Your handpiece will continuously beep (like a frog) for 10 minutes and flash the connection LED blue and green.
I guess this is why some handpieces are connected via a wire :-) |

If you need to replace your Bluetooth handpiece or you have mixed it up with a colleague's MobeX Touch base, you can correct this by placing the new handpiece on your base. The Bluetooth handpiece will automatically connect to the base it is now on and re-establish communications with your base. |
