Notifications

Notifications can be found on the left-hand side of the screen and is indicated by the icon of a bell image.png

If you have any notifications, this will be indicated by the bell

notification icon having a number beside it.

Clicking on the icon reveals the notifications. You can see that the two unopened envelopes in this example match the number on the bell icon. You can also see past notifications showing the last 50.

 

You can clear notifications and mark them as read one by one or all at once. To perform one-by-one notification reading, click on the closed envelope image.png , and it will switch to an open envelope icon. To mark all as read, click on the 'Mark all as read' bar at the top.  image.png

 

In this example, you can see there are 25 unread notifications identified by the number in the red circle. You can also clear notifications by clicking on the unopened envelope.

 

This will then mark that group of notifications as read..

Clicking on the image.png telephone icon will initiate a call with the number associated with that notification line.

 

You can also click on the image.png bin icon to delete that single notification.
