Call history

Call history can be found on the left-hand side of the screen. This is the call history icon   image.png

Call history information is stored centrally on the servers, allowing you to see any calls made from the same extension, regardless if it is on MobeX Touch, MobeX Web, MobeX+ Mobile, MobeX UC software or any desk telephone using the extension details.

 You can call a number back from the call history list by pressing the phone icon.
You can also add the number to Cloud Phonebook or delete an entry by pressing this icon.

When you press the + Add to Cloud Phonebook, it will take you to the add entry of the Cloud Phonebook. You can follow the instructions here to complete.

 

You can also press the minus (-) key to remove the call from the history page.
