Direct Voicemail

 

You can place a voicemail (VM) message directly into a voicemail box rather than ringing their user. This could be useful if you know someone is busy and it's best not to disturb them.

 

You can do this in several ways. First, click the person's avatar.

 Then press the person's direct voicemail button image.png

You can also transfer a call directly to another user's voicemail by selecting the voicemail button again while in mid-transfer.
