Call Back When Free
| If a team member is on the phone, the handset icon by the side of their picture indicates they are on a call. |

| Pressing their avatar presence key will bring up more information about your co-worker. | |
| You can create a call-back alert by selecting the call-back option within the screen. |
|

|
This will monitor your co-workers' telephone extensions and, when they come off the call, send you an alert informing you that they are free to call them now. |
| Confirmation to show this is now enabled. |

When your team co-worker becomes free, a notification sound will alert you with a pop-up message |
| You can also see the notifications in the notifications window, using the icon bell on the left-hand side of the TouchÂ
