Making an internal call
Using the dial pad

You can make an internal call in several ways.
You can dial the four or nine-digit extension number.
Once you have entered the number, press the dial key.
If the dial key is greyed out like this.
Please check your internet connection. |

Once the call is in progress (ringing), you can end the call by pressing the end call button.

|
If you are connected to the called party and you wish to end the call. Then press the hang-up button.

Call using the presence screen

If you have presence avatars set up in your app, you can use them to dial internal staff members.
Left-click on one of the avatars to open the details of that person.

| This will then display any details stored in the telephone portal for the user's extension and cloud phonebook entry. | |
| Using any of these icons will call, video, message or email the user. | |
|
You can also right-click the avatar to use the quick function options.
Again, you can call the extension number, chat with the person, start a video call, or send an email. |
