Chat Messaging
| You can jump straight into a chat from the main presence screen by right-clicking on the user's avatar. Then press the chat icon, which opens a pop-up chat window. |

You can also start a chat by clicking the user’s avatar, then selecting the chat icon next to their extension number. |

A smaller pop-up window will appear at the bottom of the Presence screen. You can chat here as usual, or click the expand icon to open the main chat messaging page.

Alternatively, clicking the Chat icon on the left-hand side of the screen will take you directly to the main chat messaging page. |
