Direct Voicemail

You can place a voicemail (VM) message directly into someone’s voicemail mailbox instead of ringing their handset. This is useful if you know the person is busy and don’t want to disturb them.

There are a few ways to do this. One method is to left-click on the person’s avatar and then click the VM icon.

While you are on a call, you can right-click and send the caller to the voicemail mailbox of the chosen party. This performs a blind transfer to the VM mailbox.
