Dial pad

The dial pad is used for call control and to enter new numbers that may not appear on your presence screen or in your contacts, which are saved in your Cloud Phonebook.

The top number window displays the caller ID number you are currently showing when making a call. You can change this by clicking the drop-down arrow and selecting a different number. This selection setting will be used as your caller ID for all future calls, unless you change it again.


Please note: this change will update the caller ID on all devices linked to the same extension.
When you begin to dial a number, the delete button appears near the call button  image.png . You can press this to delete a single digit, or press the X in the number box to delete the whole number.

Once you have entered a number, use the call key to dial.
If the call key is greyed out, please check your internet connection, as there may be a connectivity issue.

You can also make video calls to other MobeX users on the system.


Note: This feature is not compatible with external video calling platforms.
