Contacts (Cloud Phonebook)
Clicking the following icon will direct you to the Contacts page. People listed under your Contacts are saved in your Cloud Phonebook.

If this icon is missing from the menu bar on the left, please contact your service provider so they can enable the Cloud Phonebook for you.
You can search through the contacts using the search bar at the top of the page.

Your Contacts will resemble this.
You can click the contact name to populate the screen with a more detailed view of that contact. Alternatively, you can press the three stacked dots on the right-hand side of the contact to do the same.
In this example, you can see that the contact, Adele, now shows additional phone numbers along with her extension.
Use the icons on the right side of the screen to quickly dial or email the contact.

You can also click a number directly on the main screen to make a one-touch speed-dial request. The number will automatically appear in the dial box, and the call will be placed for you.
| Likewise, clicking an email address opens your default email client, allowing you to send an email to the contact instantly. |

By clicking on the pencil in the avatar, you can edit the cloud phonebook contact. Keep in mind that this will edit the contact for everyone on the system.
Make the changes required, then don't forget to click save to keep the changes.

You can update a cloud phonebook entry at any stage: before answering a call, while making a call, or during an active call.

Once completed, click save. |
If the number calling hasn’t already been added to the cloud phonebook, click the edit icon to add it.
