By pressing transfer, the call will be placed on hold and you will be presented with the following screen where you can add the number of where the call needs to be transferred to. You can also select a person from the presence screen or even call history. Then press the |

You then can choose from performing a blind transfer or attended transfer. X key will return to the previous screen Blind Transfer :- will force the call to the number you entered Attended Transfer :- will allow you to speak to the 3rd party before the transfer is completed |
