Direct Voicemail

You can leave a voicemail (VM) message directly in a user’s mailbox without ringing their extension. This is useful if you know they are busy and it's best not to disturb them.

There are a few ways to do this. One option is to left-click on the person’s profile picture (avatar) and select the VM icon.

To leave a voicemail without calling the user, right-click on their name and select ‘Leave Voicemail’.

While on a call, you can right-click and send the caller directly to the selected user’s voicemail box. This performs a blind transfer straight to voicemail.
