Service Office Customers

It's now time to create your Service Office Customers.

This can be done in the normal way of setting up customers on the portal. Please refer to our normal portal guide for creating a customer.

Customers' extensions for all Service Office Customers can be viewed under the main Service Office Solution account. This is to allow a visual indication of extension status across the customers.
