Numbering for Diversion services
|
When programming the Service Office Customer divert numbers, be sure to enter the names for the numbers and the telephone extensions to make it easy for reception to identify incoming calls and names in the MobeX Reception Console.

There is a special SOS number range created in the system to allow the call flow to work across companies. This number will be used as the divert pilot number to the reception console. The number will be added to the main SOS account, similar to this. |
This number can then be routed to a Hunt Group, a Queue, or even directly to a single reception console. Other routes can be placed for out-of-hours or unattended reception, just like any other number. This number can not be called externally outside the system. |
