Reception Console

The Reception Console is a quick and easy way for someone handling large volumes of calls to drag and drop calls to different Extensions,Extensions, Hunt Groups or Queues.Queues. You may also want to consider using a MobeX desktop app,app, as this is much smoother to use with higher functionality.

If you have answered a call on your handset and you wish to send it to another user. Simply dragDrag it on top of the user you want to receive the call andto transfer it will be automatically transferred to that person.person automatically.
