SeeThis section will help you see what customers you have that are missing vital information about their telephone linesextensions and number.numbers. You can run a report here. Select all our customers (E999 data). This will produce a similar reportreport.

You will see theyour customers' names of your customers to the left of this table. HereHere, you can see that on the top lineline, there3 are 10 Telephones that do not have any E999 data provided. This needs to be completed and corrected ASAP,ASAP; please go to Telephone linesextensions to correct the missing information for this customer. You can also see that 4054 telephones are not located in the UK. If you have customers with handsets not located in the UK, then this is finefine, as we don’t want these telephone handsets sending out incorrect information should they dial 999. Clearly, ifIf these handsets are aboard, you need to inform the customer that these handsets can not dial emergency services even in the country they are in. It is not possible to block the dialling of E999 services.
