| When an incoming call overflows to the pilot number. The receptionist will be able to see which number is calling and which company they are calling for, as the caller name option in numbers will be displayed. |

| You can also see all the details in the destination you want to transfer the call to, making it easier to divert to extensions or mobile numbers. |
