How does it work

The MobeX Click2DialMobeXclick Chrome extension is installed as an additional service for your Chrome browser. It scans any page you are viewing to seeidentify if anyphone numbers onthat the page look like they couldcan be called.called The MobeX Click2Dial extension thenand modifies the page you are browsing to enable the click2dialClick2Dial function.



Here is an example of this beingprocess performed.in action. As you can see, it has enabled some of the numbersnumbers, and placedadded a telephone icon at the end of theeach number and underlined the numbernumbers too.as well.

 As you can see after the page scan, this is based on best endeavours. Unfortunately, it has not been able to work out that this number in breaks is a telephone number that can be called.
When you click on the number that has been highlighted.highlighted, You will see anothera pop-up box appear.will This isappear to indicate the number you are calling.

Calling Using a Desktop Phone

 

If you have enabled auto answer and are using a desktop handset, your handset will go 'off hook' and make the call out.

Calling Using a softwareSoftware Phone

 

If you are using phone software like MobeX+, MobeX UC, MobeX web, or MobeX Touch, the phone software will ringring, and,and whenupon youanswering, answer,it makewill initiate the outbound call for you.
Please note,note: If you are using multiple devices and and/or softwaresoftware, your call will be delivered to all.

It is important to note that auto-answer should be switched off in this case to prevent the desktop phone from automatically taking control of the call.
