CDR Download

CDR Download can be found under Reports - CDR Download.

CDR (Call Data Records) are the full call recordsrecord of calls that are made withinby this customer. This is generally used to export CDR’sCDRs into a CSV format ready tofor import into a billing system.

 

CDR preferences

CDR frequency
You can select daily, weekly or monthly. You can even select all three if you wish.
Split CDR file - in/outbound/internal with/without recording
You can choose to split the files up to make it easier to rate the calls.
Destination email
This is the email address to which the CDR’sCDRs will be emailed to.emailed.
FTP enabled
If this is enabledenabled, you can set FTP or SFTP details offor where you would like the files sent to via FTP.

Customer

You can select all the customers CDR’s or just your own account.
