CDR Download

CDR Download can be found under Reports - CDR Download.

CDR (Call Data Records) are the full call records of calls that are made within this customer. This is generally used to export CDR’s into a CSV format ready to import into a billing system.

 

CDR preferences

CDR frequency
You can select daily, weekly or monthly. You can even select all three if you wish.
Split CDR file - in/outbound/internal with/without recording
You can choose to split the files up to make it easier to rate the calls.
Destination email
This is the email address the CDR’s will be emailed to.
FTP enabled
If this is enabled you can set FTP or SFTP details of where you would like the files sent to via FTP.

Customer

You can select all the customers CDR’s or just your own account.
