Active Calls

Active calls can be found under Reports - Active calls.

Active calls give you an overview of calls that are happening live within your customer's setup. From the options below, you can select how you wish to see the Active calls,calls along withand how frequentfrequently the callsthey will be updated.

We have removed some of the text to keep information private,private; you will see all the information when you run the report.

Show calls matching

Customer
You can select my customer, my customer recursive, all our customerscustomers, or any individual customer. This option is only available to system resellers, and customers may only be able to select their own details.
Direction
You can choose any for all calls, internal, inbound, outbound or inbound and outbound.outbound calls.

Sort 

Sort by 
Choosing either start date and time, direction, caller, called or peer name.
Direction
CanIt can be sorted by descending or ascending.

Refresh

Refresh every
You can choose how often you wish for the screen to refresh and show you the latest figures.

This will open a new windowwindow, to allowallowing you to continue to workworking on the portal whilstwhile seeingviewing the active calls.
