To personalise and make adjustments to your MobeX webWeb 
application, click on your profile avatar.

The quick change settings can be found on this screen.

 

You cano stop your MobeX webWeb app from ringingringing, by switchingswitch off incomingIncoming calls.Calls.

You can also changeswitch to darkDark modeMode by selecting this option here.

Use the toggle for both settings - grey means off, and blue means on. Just click to switch.

 

To change the default settings, click the settings cog here.to display more options.

  • Call waiting can be toggled to stop other calls from beingcoming receivedthrough ifwhen you are already on a call.
  • Send Debug data only needs to be enabled if your service provider has requested it. This allows for the capture ofcall information about the call and theconnection progress ofto callbe connections.captured, Designedit's onlydesigned purely for finding issues.troubleshooting.
  • Disable video calls will removeremoves the ability to make andor receive video calls towith other MobeX users.
  • Disable chat again, and it will stop chat messages from being sent andor received.
  • Kuando Busylight should only be enabled if you are using the Kuando/MobeX busylight. device.
If you struggle with colours or are colourblind.colorblind, Youyou may find it helpful to choose one of our otheralternative colour modes.

You may also change which microphone and speaker you wish to use.
You can choose which camera you prefer to use too.
