If you use the telephone system's wallboard function with queues, this message will also appear on the wallboard status along with the logged in or logged out information.image.png

The quick change settings can be found on this screen.

 

You can stop your MobeX web app from ringing by switching off incoming calls.

  • Call waiting can be toggled to stop other calls from being received if you are thenalready toggleon optionsa call.
  • Send Debug data only needs to be enabled if your service provider has requested it. This allows for the following:

      Incoming calls - Silence incomingthe call browserand notifications.

    • Do Not Disturb - Disables incoming calls (It will not ring or notify you).

    • Dark Mode - Reduces the light emitted by the device screen while maintaining the minimum colour contrast ratios required for readability.

    • Send Debug Data - This option sends logs about your session (it only sends information after being enabled). If you have any issues, please enable it and reproduce them so we can identify them faster.

    • Disable Video Calls - This removes the ability to make or receive video calls.

    • Disable Chat - Thiscalls will remove the ability to sendmake orand receive chatvideo messages.

If you struggle with colours or are colourblind. You may find it helpful to choose one of our other colour modes.

You may also change which microphone and speaker you wish to use.
You can choose which camera you prefer to use too.

Finally, you can log yourself out by pressing the great big blue log out button. :-)

 


 

 

Colour Mode - There are multiple options to help those with visual colour impairments to distinguish various colours on the screen.

Audio - Choose your audio device.

Camera - Choose your camera device.

Log out - This will log you out of your MobeX session. There is no need to do this if you intend to use MobeX later. Even if you shut your browser down, the MobeX page will remember your token. It may ask you to log in again if you last used the browser a while ago or the browser memory has changed.
