Video calling

You can call your internal contacts using video calling. They must be using one of the MobeX suite of software available or a hardware device like another MobeX Touch.

When making a video call. You can make adjustments to the angle of the tablet by using the release button on the back of the tablet base.

ChooseYou can choose the internal extension contact either by selecting them from the Presence tab, Cloud Phonebook tab, or Favourites tab or by simply dialling the 44- or 9-digit extension number on the dial pad. Then press the video button.

The video call is now in progress of setting up and calling the other party.

If the other party accepts your request for a video call, the system will then enable both parties for the video call.
