Installing & Downloading App
You need to download the MobeX Click2Dial Chrome extension from the Google store to get it up and running.

Or go to your Chrome browser, click on the right-hand side 3 dots and find where the tab is for Extensions. |
Then click on Visit Chrome Web Store. | |
Once you are in the store, go to the search box and enter MobeX. | |
You will then see the application. The picture may change depending on version number and updates. | |
Click on the app, and then you will be asked to add it to your Chrome browser. Click

Click on Continue to install | |
We need to be able to read and change the page you are visiting in the browser to be able to use the click 2 dial service. Please continue with the option Add extension. |

Once added, a browser window will appear. You need to enter all the details that you should have been provided. You must match the relevant login details with the correct extension number.
Disable auto answer should be enabled if you are using any software application such as MobeX+, MobeX uc, MobeX web, or MobeX touch. The auto answer should only be enabled if you wish to use the click-to-dial function with a desktop handset. This will automatically make the desk phone perform an 'off hook' function and make an outbound call for you. |

You must enter the full 9-digit extension number to enable the service. You may see this error.

If you have entered all the details correctly you will see a tick appear by the side of the save button. |

You have now completed the setup of MobeX Click2Dial. |
