Enabling Speech Analytics

First-time use

 Log in to the hosted platform. On the homepage.

Go to the left menu and select the AI option.

Scroll down to speech analytics.

If this is the first time you're using speech analytics, you need to enable the service by subscribing to a plan.

Choose a plan.

Then 'Save Changes'

After clicking save. It advises you on the cost of the service products.

8. It will also prorate your time used on the system depending on the day of the month you have activated the service.
