View rate plan can be found under Reports - View Rate Plan.

This will allow you to see exactly what you pay for calls and transactions.

Fees
This will show you all the costs of the services you may be using.

Inbound call costs
This is a list of all the inbound call costs.

Outbound call costs
You can enter a destination like UKthe andUK, this will displaydisplaying all the outbound call destinations that havewith the letters UK in the group. If you leave the search box emptyempty, it will show every UK and worldwide destination.

 

Outbound call costs by destination number

You can also search by the destination number. Be sure you enter enough digits to narrow the search. For example, if you are looking for USA number 001001, you may need to enter the full number or a few more digits to narrow the search.

PAI - call surcharges
This will show you all the call surchargessurcharges, displaying the international number that called you, should you wish to forward or transfer numbers displaying the international number that called you.numbers.
