Transaction Data Record (TDR) recommendations for channel partners exporting TDR’s. When logged in to your top-level partner account on the portal, you have the option to use our integrated billing platform (if a white label partner) or download your end customers’ TDR’s and export the date elsewhere, such as an external billing platform. It is recommended that you do not open the file before importing it into your billing software to avoid changing the format of the file or the file becoming corrupt.
