Queue Agent History can be found under Reports - Queue Agent History.
A history report can show you information about agents logging in and out of the Queues. Great to get an idea of working hours.
Show activities
Agent
You can select a particular agent by entering the full agent Telephone number or you can leave blank to get the full history of all agents.
Start date
Select the start date of your search.
End date
Select the end date of your search.
Once you have searched, you may also export the report as a CSV download.
