Music On Hold

This feature is found under Features Advanced and is used for uploading Music On Hold for the system to play to callers when on hold or waiting in a Queue.

Please be aware that you must conform to any legal performing rights society (PRS). You may need a licence to play some types of music.

Name

Enter a name for the Music On Hold (MOH)

Description

Give it a description to help you know the content of the MOH. Select the type, this should be set to normal
to upload your music. If it is a streaming service, then the option of ‘configured
in musiconhold.conf’ may be selected. You would need to contact the
telephone operator for this to be completed. You can then choose if you want
the files to be played one after the other in a linear fashion or to be played in a
random format.
