Extensions for reports can be found under Reports - Extensions

Registration Status

You can select Any, Registered, or Unregistered. Default is ‘any’ and this will show you all of the handsets/telephone lines you have under this account, or multiple accounts if you are at the resellers level.

Below the search box shows you a total of the telephone lines under this account, how many are on a call right now,  and registered and unregistered handsets. The final figure shows how many MobeX services you have running within these accounts.

You can then scroll down and find information about the telephone lines. If you perform a CTRL F for find you can then search for the specific telephone account you are looking for.
