When receiving an inbound call.call, Youyou can answer the callit in two ways.ways:

The first is to press the green answerAnswer key.

The second is to use the shortcut keyboard keys. This can be done by pressing the space bar or by pressing Shift + Alt + A.

Keep in mind that you need to be using the tab for these key actions to work. If you click on a different tab or a different program, this will not work.

After answering an inbound voice call, you can choose to perform many functions.

To end the current call, press the red hang-up key, which will terminate the call.

While inon a call, you can mute andor unmute your microphone. ThisMuting will preventprevents the other party on the call from hearing anythingyou. youJust say. Don'don’t forget to unmute yourself when you are ready to rejoin the conversation.

If you press the 'Hold' button, the current caller will be placed on hold. The button will change to a blue Resume button. Pressing the resume button will remove the current held call from the hold position, and the call will be connected with you again.

The shortcut keyboard keys for this are Shift + Alt + H to hold and the same to resume.

Keep in mind that you need to be using the tab for these key actions to work. If you click on a different tab or a different program, this will not work. 

When the key is pressed, a new pop-up window appears, displaying the dial keys that enableenables you to perform your digit dialling tasks.

To close the window, press the X on the top right of the screen.

You can transfer a call to another party in several ways. You can even transfer a call before answering it. To perform a pre-answer transfer, follow this method.

Press the Transfer key to open the next screen.

Once this screen is open, you can transfer in a few different ways here as well. You can enter the number in the box provided using the number keys. Once you have the number on the screen, press

The blind transfer key pushes the initial caller onto the transferred choice (third party).

or

The attended transfer key allows you to speak with the next caller before sending the call through.  It will open the following screen.

Keep in mind that the attended meathidtransfer takesmethod can take more time,time and there is a chance that, becauseif the first call hasn'hasn’t been answered yet, it couldmay time out before you have a chance to finishcomplete the call.process.

Blind transfer would be the better option.

The other way is to drag the picture avatar over to the dial pad where the current inbound call is ringing.

If you drag and drop the avatar into the blind transfer box, the call will be blind transferred to the person with the extension corresponding to the picture avatar.

If you want to announce the call before transferring, drag and drop the avatar to the attended transfer to proceed to the next screen below.

BlindIn these cases, a blind transfer wouldmay be the better option.
