Direct Voicemail

You can place a voicemail (VM) message directly into a voicemail box rather than ringing their handset. This could be useful if you know someone is busy and it's best not to disturb them.

 

You can do this in a number of ways. You can left-click on the person's picture avatar and click the VM icon.

 You can also make a call to a VM directly by pressing the right mouse key. Then click 'Leave Voicemail'
