Cloud Phonebook - (Contacts)

 

Cloud Phonebook contacts are enabled on the portal by your supplier. If you do not have a Cloud Phonebook 

Clicking the following icon will direct you to the Contacts page. This is where all the cloud phonebook contacts are kept.

 If this icon is missing from the menu bar on the left. Don't hesitate to contact your service provider to enable the cloud phonebook for you.
You can search through the contacts using the search bar at the top of the page. You can also choose how you would like the contacts page organised by sorting.

Your Cloud Phonebook will resemble this. 

If youimage.png do not see any contacts on your screen, you must contact your service provider to set up your cloud phonebook.



ShowsYou First/Lastcan Nameclick on the contact name, which will populate the screen with a more detailed view of that contact. You can also press the three stacked dots on the right-hand side of the contact to perform the same function.

 

You can see here that the contact, Adele, is now showing more contact numbers, as well as her extension number.

 

You can use the icons on the right of this screen to dial or email this contact.

can also click on the number in the main screen to perform a one-touch speed dial request. The number will be placed in the dial box and called for you automatically.
Likewise, if you click on the email address, it will use your default email system to send an email to the contact.

You can click any of the numbers to dial.
