Chat Messaging

You can jump straight into a chat from the main presence screen by right-clicking on the user's avatar. Then press the chat icon, which opens a pop-up chat window.

 Or by clicking the user's avatar and then clicking the chat icon by the side of the extension number.

The smaller pop-up window appears at the bottom of the presence screen. You can chat and message here as normal or press the expand icon to go to the main chat messaging page.

 Clicking the Chat Icon on the left-hand side will bring you to the chat messaging page.
