Using the DTMF dialpad

Once the call has started, more options will appear below the ongoing call.

 

 

 

Pressing the image.png More icon will open additional options.

 

 

You can now choose to use one of the following icons from the options on the screen.

 The dialpad icon image.png will open up a new window. This allows you to dial DTMF tones for services such as telephone banking or to navigate through an auto-attendant.
