Using a Desk Phone with App

You can toggle the switch if you wish to use a desk telephone with the UC app.

Instead of the call audio being on the app. It delivers the call to the extension with the same number used in the app.

The handset is also automatically 'off hook' to prevent the need to answer the call again.

Please note, not all hardware handsets can do this but most can.
