First time screen

Now you have logged in, you will see the layout that has been pre-set for you via the system portal. This can easily be administered for changes via the system portal.

 

You will be presented with a screen similar to this,screen showing all your colleagues and work team members.

We recommend, at this point,recommend performing a software update to make sureensure you are using the latest versionproduct of the product.version. Services and features are beingregularly added to the system regularly,system, so expect to see a steady flow of cool features that willto make your work easier.

	To perform the update, click the Update Available icon on the left-hand side of the screen.
The update will begin to download, and depending on the speed of your internet connection, this will take anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes.
	The updates are between 15050 to 200Mb.

 

	Due to high security within the Andriod operating system, you are required to allow the update to take place.This is a good thing as you don't want unauthorised software installed on the device.
	Once you click on settings it will take you to this page. Slide the switch to on to allow the software update to be installed. You will only be asked this once, any further updates will be allow to proceed as normal.
	You can then update the software as normal.usual. Click Update to continue.
	Click on Open to continue tousing the App.app.

You will then returnbe returned to the standard screenscreen.
