Voicemail

Voicemail

Voicemail is set up via the portal. Please speak to your service provider if it is not enabled.

The Voicemail system will notify you of your application by placing this icon at the top of the app screen.

You can also see at a glance how many unread messages you have received by the number in the red circle.

 

This number will go down as you listen and delete messages.

Pressing the same VM icon will take you directly to listen to the VM messages.

Using DTMF via the keypad, you can listen to the voicemail messages.

 

The VM system guide can help you set up your voicemail.

 

If there is no icon showing the Voicemail messages, you can dial directly to the VM by pressing *1.
