Presence Tab

The first tab will display your presence, also known as BLF (Busy Lamp Field). Here you can see whether your colleagues are on a call, in DND, available or unavailable.

Clicking the image.pnggallery view to displaydisplays the presence avatars in this view.

Clicking the image.png list view will display the presence avatars as a list.

By clicking on one of the picture avatars, more information about that person will be displayed.

 

You can start a video call image.png or phone call. image.png

 

 You can also click the email icon image.png to switch to your default email system and send an email.
