Device Swap

 

Device swapping is a valuable tool that allows you to move from one device to another.

This is great if you have arrived at your desk while on a call. You can now switch to your desk phone with just one button push.

Whilst you are on a call, you can press the swap key.

This will perform a blind transfer to make all your devices ring at once (including your mobile again in case you tochange transferyour mind)

 

A notification message will pop up at the current call you have in progress to another device you have as onebottom of your extensions. This allows you to transfer the call back to your desk handset if you have just walked into the office.screen.
