Getting your call transcriptions into the Halo tickets

Once the system portal has been enabled for Halo SPA, you can also add extra features, such as call transcription, so that any telephone conversations can be more easily read within the Halo ticketing system.
	To enable this, please refer to the transcription section of the portal manual. Once this is completed. Transcriptions will automatically be added to the HaloSPA portal.
