Operating the Voicemail System

To log in to the Voicemail system (VM) from any device/ extension, you can dial the default feature code *1

Once dialled *1, the system will answer with one of the following messages.

'Welcome to voicemail; please enter your mailbox number.' 

This means you don't have a mailbox associated with this device/ extension. Please seek assistance from your provider.

If you do have a mailbox associated with your device/ extension, the system will answer with

'You have X new messages. Press 1 for new messages. 

It will then play the first message for you. You can skip forward or back by 3 seconds using the star * key for back 3 seconds and the hash # key to skip forwards 3 seconds.

Once you have listened to the message, you are given  5 options.

3 for advanced options

5 to repeat the current message

7 to delete this message

8 Forward to another user

9 to save this message

When you press 3 after hearing the above options. You will hear the following
