Set-Up Instructions for the Perfect Solution
Portal enablement
| There are a few steps the hosted provider must implement to ensure the Service Office Solution (SOS) functions as expected. Part of this is the branding of the solution, the billing facilities and the parent/child relationship with the service office customers (SOC) to enable a smooth running of the system and User Presence Screen between the SOC and the SOS. |

Branding

We're excited to get started and begin customising your services. For us to complete the branding for the SOS account, please take the following actions: |

Logo Please send us your logo in a vector format (.ai / .eps). We do not accept .png or .jpeg due to the inability to edit these files. |
|
|
Font The hosted telephony portal uses the Verdana font. If you would like to use a different font (e.g., to match your website), please let us know the font name. |

Domain/Subdomain Set up a domain/subdomain for your login. |
|

Domain Configuration
|
We recommend naming the subdomain “hosted” or “login”, although you may choose any name you prefer, followed by your domain name. For example: hosted.call43.co.uk. Please configure an A record in your DNS settings to point to 194.50.56.37 and inform us once this has been completed.
