Main Serviced Office Solution account - SOS

Create a normal customer account for your Serviced Office Solution (SOS). Once this is created, you will need to create a rate plan within this account to allocate to your customers. (see separate details on creating a rate plan). Within this rate plan, you can also set up the invoicing templates which the SOS will use to bill their clients. It is also possible for the SOS to add charges to the SOC bills so they can, if they wish, create a single invoice for all services. Rent, broadband & furniture rentals can all be added to the customer bill and billed monthly, 3, 6, or even yearly. 

Once the above has been set up by the hosted provider, the reseller can start to build the Service Office Customers' SOC’s underneath the main Service Office Solution account, SOS

 (actually, you can build the main SOS and then inform us that this is done, and we can activate this account as a parent to the SOC’s)
